Now you need to choose a suitable refractory dish and pour the seeds into it in an even layer about 2–3 cm thick. Then, set the power and time. How to fry the seeds correctly if there is no frying pan at hand? Well, there is also an oven, a slow cooker and a microwave.

Frying in the microwave

Many people know how to fry seeds in a pan or in the oven. These methods are intuitive. But questions may arise with the microwave, although this method is the fastest.

Now let's talk about how to fry the seeds with salt and other spices.

Salt and vegetable oil are the most common additives. The optimal proportion is three tablespoons of oil and half a teaspoon of salt per cup of seeds. The frying algorithm is as follows: pour the oil into a heated frying pan, add salt and pour out the seeds. Mix.

If you have peeled grains at your disposal, try preparing the next snack. Rinse 150-200 g and before frying the seeds in a pan, place them for twenty minutes in saline solution (a tablespoon of salt in one and a half to two glasses of water).
