An essay based on Kramskoy’s painting “Mina Moiseev. Speech development lesson. Preparation for an essay based on the painting by I. N. Kramskoy “Mina Moiseev” Mina Moiseev Kramskoy description of the painting

I. N. Kramskoy is a wonderful portrait painter who paid great attention to the inner world of a person, depicting the characters and experiences of people.

The peasants, the heroes of many of I. N. Kramskoy’s works, are a beekeeper who lives one life with nature (“The Beekeeper”), and a philosopher (“The Contemplator”), and a downtrodden old man who has lived a long, joyless century (“The Little Man with a Stick”) , and a village headman full of inner dignity (“Village Headman”).

In 1882, Kramskoy created a “study of a Russian peasant” - a portrait of Mina Moiseev.

This is a village sage, a good-natured and at the same time crafty old man “on his own.” His face is furrowed with wrinkles, his hands are large and sinewy. Before us appears a toiler of the earth, who has known the hardships of the peasant serfdom.

The peasant Mina Moiseev is given a half-turn, wearing a faded shirt. The lively expressiveness of his face and the gaze of his sparkling eyes suggest that the old man is extremely interested in something happening before his eyes. But the calm posture, the shade of complacency and some kind of peculiar wisdom of life indicate that he remains only an observer and keeps his thoughts to himself.

Kramskoy's hero is a charming and wise man. This portrait expresses the intelligence, experience, and inner dignity of representatives of the Russian peasantry. (163 words)

The painting “Mina Moiseev”, painted in 1882, is a small sketch by I. N. Kramskoy for the canvas “Peasant with a Bridle” (1883).

The portrait of Mina Moiseev is one of the best portraits of peasants that the artist painted in a picturesque place near St. Petersburg - in the village of Siverskaya. In this folk portrait, Kramskoy managed to bring to the fore the generalized features of the Russian peasant, while preserving the individuality inherent in a particular person.

In front of us is an old man with large, tired hands and a wrinkled face. Only at first glance he seems decrepit and frail - when you look closely, you notice how strong his body is and how much strength is still left in his hands.

The artist depicted Mina in a free, relaxed pose. On the powerful, stooped shoulders of the old man is a blue, faded canvas shirt. There is not a shadow of anger, resentment or disappointment in his face, although it is clear that he has seen everything in life. He even seems to chuckle into his gray beard. The old man’s lively eyes look at us from under his shaggy gray eyebrows mockingly and slyly. They contain both the mind of a sage and the innocence of a child. And goodness, greatness of soul flows from the portrait.

The whole image of Mina Moiseev leaves a feeling of calm strength and common sense, independence and wisdom. For Kramskoy, he is like the embodiment of the physical and spiritual strength of the people. His kindness, liveliness of character and inner peace are what the human race has been based on since ancient times. The portrait of Mina Moiseev is characterized by that monumentality that characterizes the best of the artist’s portraits.

In addition to the description of the painting by I. N. Kramskoy “Mina Moiseev,” our website contains many other descriptions of paintings by various artists, which can be used both in preparation for writing an essay on the painting, and simply for a more complete acquaintance with the work of famous masters of the past.

Hello, dear guests. Hello guys.

Greet you too, friend. Face partners, clap your palms together, shoulder partners, shake hands, partners A and B, wish each other good luck.

The favorite pastime of I. S. Turgenev and his guests was “playing portraits.” I. S. Turgenev was a good artist. He drew five or six profiles and asked the guests to reflect their character traits under each profile. Here is one of the characteristics of the drawn characters given by the author: “The ink soul is sad, kindly, but boring, like an autumn leaf.”

But here are the characteristics you gave: “Looking at him, I can say that he is a loner, hiding from the whole world, not wanting communication.” (Mikhailova Alena, 7 B);

“This person is stingy with feelings and emotions; it is easier for him to frown and remain silent than to express his dissatisfaction.” (Yafizov Karim, 7 B)

“From the portrait you can understand that he is an important person, that he is angry with the whole world. The color black predominates in his clothes, and this confirms: he is a black man” (Semyonov Egor, 7 B)

“A businesslike and secretive person who is constantly thinking about something.” (Kabidova Nika, Gorbatova Nastya, 7 V)

“We can assume that this person is impressionable, but strict towards any manifestation of emotion.” Artemyeva Sveta, 7 V)

“A long drooping nose is a sign of isolation. His lips are pursed, which speaks of his difficult character.” (Yakimova Tanya, 7 V)

“Very demanding and strict.” (Anya Galochkina, 7 V)

“Irritated eyes indicate that this person’s character is restless” (Ivanova Dasha, 7 B)

    1. Reading text.

The history of the creation of "Moiseev's Mine"

Being a convinced democrat, I. N. Kramskoy was deeply interested in people's life. He painted several portraits of people from the people, peasants. Among these portraits, “Mina Moiseev” is undoubtedly one of the best. The portrait was painted from life in 1882 near St. Petersburg, at the Siverskaya station, where the artist lived in his dacha. One of the local residents posed for him.

The appearance of this elderly man, who has seen a lot in life, is concrete and purely individual. At the same time, the general typical features of Russian post-reform peasantry clearly appear in it. The look of his eyes is clear, expressing a sharp and quick-witted mind. The tanned, wrinkled face shines(?) with both kindness and slyness. The light color of the portrait, not typical for Kramskoy, is perfectly consistent with conveying the essence of the image of the person being portrayed. Particularly beautiful is the peasant’s (gray)blue shirt and his hair, like old silver.

Teacher reads a poemN. Zabolotsky "On the beauty of human faces."

There are faces like lush portals,
Where everywhere the great is seen in the small.
There are faces - like miserable shacks,
Where the liver is boiled and the rennet is soaked,
Other cold, dead faces
Closed with bars, like a dungeon.
Others are like towers in which for a long time
No one lives and looks out the window,
But I once knew a small hut,
She was unprepossessing, not rich,
But from the window it looks at me
The breath of a spring day flowed.
Truly the world is both great and wonderful!
There are faces - similarities to jubilant songs.
From these notes shining like the sun
A song of heavenly heights has been composed.

Description of Kramskoy’s painting “Mina Moiseev”

Kramskoy in his portrait “Mina Moiseev” depicted a peasant.
An elderly grandfather looks at us from the canvas.
A gray beard indicates that he is not young and has lived a long life.
There is no smirk in his eyes, I see fatigue in his eyes.
Wrinkles cover his entire face.

Despite the fact that the old man does not look attractive, it seems to me that he offers to tell some interesting story from his life.
Looking at the picture, I want to sit back and listen to the peasant’s stories until midnight.
One gets the impression that the elder’s wife is also missing from the portrait, as if she is standing behind him and holding a tray with milk and a crust of bread.

This old man reminded me of my grandfather, who loved to sit in this position and tell fairy tales and jokes.
With him it was not scary to stay overnight in the hayloft to look at the stars.

The peasant depicted in the picture, I think, is not afraid of death; in his eyes you can read the weariness of the life he has lived.
He's not afraid of work.
He can plow a garden or clean up after livestock.
He is wise and can give practical advice and teach reason.
For some reason it seems to me that he is fair.
People who are not afraid of work demand that they complete it completely.
They are very responsible, because the quality of his work determines whether he will have dinner.

The portrait is made in calm colors, and even the black background does not darken it one bit.
The tattered and worn shirt, faded, and turned from bright blue to dull blue, once again proves that this man is not rich, but constant in his decisions and actions.
Looking at the portrait, you can fantasize endlessly, imagining the family and grandchildren of the peasant.
How interesting their evenings could be with a large family.
This picture made me plunge into childhood and experience all the delights of village life.
Where you don't want to return.

annotation

Kramskoy considered the creation of collective images of people from the people one of the most important tasks of modern art. “What can the people give! My God, what a huge family!” - he wrote to Ilya Repin. In the portrait of Mina Moiseev, the artist’s characteristic ability to concentrate attention on the most essential was clearly demonstrated. In the appearance of a peasant, in his free, relaxed pose, one can feel inner peace and independence. The wrinkled old face radiates human warmth and kindness, testifying to wisdom and life experience.
