How to choose the right ingredients

  • You can replace cane sugar with regular sugar.
  • Choose high quality tomato paste or completely replace it with pureed tomatoes.

  1. Peel the onion, cut it in half and chop it very finely.

  2. Pour the onion into a saucepan, add 50 ml of apple cider vinegar and 50 ml of Worcestershire sauce.

  3. We also add honey and Dijon mustard to the saucepan.


  4. Take some dried ginger, paprika and dried garlic and also put it in a saucepan.

  5. Add 50 grams of cane sugar to our mixture, add 100 ml of purified cold water and 500 grams of tomato paste.


  6. Stir, put on low heat and cook until the desired consistency is reached for 20-30 minutes.

  7. The barbecue sauce is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days.

  • cayenne and chili pepper - 2 g each

Chop the onion and garlic as finely as possible and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, pour in vinegar, season with all types of pepper and salt, cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.

  • black pepper, garlic powder, red bell pepper, ground celery root, onion powder - to taste.

Preparation

Place tomato sauce in a saucepan, add the rest of the ingredients and stir everything well. Place on low heat and, continuing to stir, cook for 7-15 minutes, until the consistency seems right to you. If you want to make the sauce thicker, you can add a little starch, just do not forget to stir it well, otherwise the sauce will turn out with lumps.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • red onion – 1 pc.;
  • salt - to taste;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • red chili pepper – 1 pc.;
  • balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar – 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into slices. Wash the pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Place all the vegetables in a bowl, add vinegar, salt, oil and sugar. Mix everything well. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for half an hour.
